How fast do wholesale orders ship?
In stock orders placed by 2pm usually ship the same day. If on back order, shipping estimates will be communicated.
Can I sell TUGS online and in-store?
Yes! We encourage stylists & retailers to sell wherever makes the most since for their needs. Once the product is in your hands you can sell anywhere.
What’s the minimum order?
Our MOQ can be as low as one case for solo stylist & braiders but higher for distributors.
Do you offer display kits or testers?
Due to misuse of tester requests, we do have an application fee for all wholesale applicants to supply tester kits / samples. Once a wholesale order is made, the application fee is applied to the balance. In some cases this can be waived.
Can I use it on protective styles like braids or locs?
Absolutely. In fact, TUGS was tested and loved by braid stylists and locticians during installs and takedowns. TUGS is lightweight and absorbs quickly — no greasiness, no flakes, and no residue left behind. You can even use it under gels or leave-ins without product conflicts. It prevents paid while styling and reduces scalp tightness you get in the first few days after styling.
